ORDERS

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on which shipping method you choose. For orders over $30, we offer free and fast shipping, typically around 1-3 business days. Otherwise, it can take up to 5-7 business days. We're doing our best to deliver your items as fast as possible.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, we are hopeful that we can eventually start shipping worldwide in the near future.

I never received my order, what should I do?

Please make sure to track your order from our tracking page. If you're still stuck, let us know by contacting us at contact@theclothingmine.com or by clicking HERE

I decided to refuse my delivery, where is my refund?

If you refuse your delivery, you'll have to pay a $5 restocking fee and the original shipping cost won't be reimbursed. Once we've processed your return, your money should be back in your account within 5 business days.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your order arrives to you damaged or not within your standards, you must contact us using the contact page or by emailing us at contact@theclothingmine.com within 48 hours of receiving it, with your order number. Please note that you may need provide us with multiple photos of the damaged products as well.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To start a return, contact us at contact@theclothingmine.com or by clicking HERE.

I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide the order number and the items that you are missing in your order.

We accept online secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

How often do you restock on your items?

We add around 10-25 items a week, varying from t-shirts to jackets. Stay tuned for updates regarding these drops!

Can I exchange an item?

Currently, we do not accept exchanges.

How do you ship out items?

We ship out our items via USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage, depending on your order amount. Any orders exceeding $30 will automatically receive a free shipping option at checkout. Click HERE to see our detailed shipping policy.
